So you've tried everything
and your computer just doesn't cooperate.
Your computer may slow down, stop
responding, or crash and restart every few minutes. Sometimes a virus
will attack the files you need to start up a computer. In this case, you
might press the power button and find yourself staring at a blank
screen.
All of these symptoms are common signs that your
computer has a virus—although they could also be caused by hardware or
software problems that have nothing to do with having a virus.
If the damage done by viruses, and spyware prove
un-repairable, your last option is to format and reinstall Windows.
The process involves moving your important files
(pictures, documents, music, etc.) to another hard drive (we provide the
other hard drive), then formatting your hard drive (erasing everything),
and then reinstalling windows (from scratch).
Once the process is complete, your important files
will be transferred back to your PC and all your applications will be
reinstalled as well. You PC is now as good as new.
